MO HealthNet (Missouri's Medicaid program) would reimburse providers for behavioral, social, and psychophysiological services used to prevent, treat, or manage physical health problems, beginning July 1, 2015

Reimbursement would use CPT codes 96150 to 96154 (behavior assessment and intervention codes) or their successor codes

Psychologists are explicitly included as eligible providers for this reimbursement

The new reimbursement is subject to appropriations by the state legislature

The bill includes an emergency clause, making it effective July 1, 2015, or upon passage, due to the stated need to ensure adequate provision of these services
