Adds veterans, their spouses, and dependent children (including spouses and dependent children of deceased veterans) as a new eligible category for MO HealthNet benefits under Section 208.151

Sets income eligibility for veterans and their families at 138% of the federal poverty level, converted to the MAGI equivalent net income standard

Amends two sections of Missouri Revised Statutes (208.151 and 208.991) to incorporate the new veteran eligibility provisions

Requires the Department of Social Services to submit necessary state plan amendments and waivers to the federal Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services for implementation
