Creates the "Missouri Senior Farmers' Market Nutritional Program" to distribute vouchers redeemable only at designated Missouri farmers' markets and roadside stands for Missouri-grown produce

Eligibility limited to individuals age 60 or older by December 31 of the program year who meet USDA income guidelines

Vouchers distributed through designated sites in each participant's county of residence, with participating farmer/market information provided at issuance

Program goals include supplementing seniors' dietary needs with fresh produce, increasing demand for Missouri-grown products, and developing new farmers' markets and CSA programs
