Repeals and replaces sections 115.607, 115.609, 115.619, and 115.621 RSMo governing political party committee elections and membership requirements

Write-in votes shall not be counted in elections for county committee members or legislative district committee members

County committee members in all counties and cities not situated in a county shall be elected at each primary election, eliminating the previous separate election schedule for cities over 900,000 inhabitants

Legislative district committee chairs and vice-chairs may only serve for districts where they are legally permitted to vote, and no person may serve as chair or vice-chair for more than one legislative district committee

In counties not wholly contained within one senatorial district, only committee members from precincts, wards, or townships within that senatorial district may vote for state committee members
