Amends Section 301.280, RSMo to allow motor vehicle dealers to record thirty-day temporary permit sales electronically instead of manually on monthly sales reports, if the electronic recording method is approved by the Department of Revenue.

Removes the requirement that temporary permit sales be recorded "without exception" on the dealer's monthly sales report when electronic recording is already in place.

Maintains all existing monthly reporting requirements for dealers, including sale dates, buyer information, vehicle details, and sales tax collected.

Existing penalty provisions remain in effect: dealers face disciplinary action or penalties up to $300 per violation for failing to file reports, and knowingly making false statements constitutes a Class A misdemeanor.
