Creates the "Student User Privacy in Education Rights Act" (SUPER Act) establishing privacy protections for student personal information collected through educational websites, mobile applications, and online services used in K-12 schools

Prohibits school service providers from selling student personal information, using it for targeted advertising to students, or creating personal profiles beyond educational purposes

Requires providers to disclose what student data they collect and how it is used, give prominent notice before privacy policy changes, and facilitate student/parent access to correct personal information

Mandates comprehensive information security programs with administrative, technological, and physical safeguards, and prohibits retaining student data beyond the time period authorized by the school

Exempts existing contracts from compliance until their next renewal date and preserves the ability to use student data for adaptive learning and customized education
