Creates the Missouri Wildlife Revitalization Task Force to address declining wildlife populations, particularly deer, and their economic impact on hunting-dependent communities

Task force will consider establishing wildlife focus areas in regions most affected by population decline, developing strategies to revitalize hunting after chronic wasting disease containment, and proposing legislation to promote the hunting industry

Membership includes 6 General Assembly members (appointed by President Pro Tempore and Speaker), plus representatives from Pheasants Forever/Quail Forever, National Wild Turkey Federation, Whitetails Unlimited, Conservation Federation of Missouri, and 4 landowners from affected areas

Task force authorized to request assistance from any state department or agency; Senate Research and House Research staff will provide legal, research, and bill drafting services

Organizational meeting required within 15 days of adoption; task force terminates by December 31, 2015 or earlier by majority vote, with optional final report to the General Assembly and Department of Conservation
