Creates a Human Trafficking Task Force with the mission to raise awareness of human trafficking in Missouri and provide organizations and agencies enforcing human trafficking laws with a central information-sharing resource

Task force composition includes 2 Senate members, 2 House members, Attorney General, Director of Public Safety, circuit court judge with juvenile experience, prosecuting attorney, juvenile officer, Commissioner of Education, Director of Social Services, Director of Mental Health, Office of Child Advocate representative, medical provider specializing in child abuse, municipal police chief, county sheriff, and 6 representatives from geographically diverse non-governmental victim assistance organizations

Task force must meet within two months of resolution adoption and shall report activities and legislative recommendations to the General Assembly by January 1, 2017

Task force members and staff receive reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses, with Senate Research, House Research, and Joint Committee on Legislative Research providing legal, research, clerical, technical, and bill drafting services

Task force authorized to function during legislative interim of first and second regular sessions of the 98th General Assembly and terminates on January 1, 2017
