Establishes the Missouri Predatory Towing Practices Task Force to develop strategies combating predatory towing practices by unscrupulous towing companies in the state.

Task Force shall conduct comprehensive analysis of the towing industry, including predatory practices, local government responses, insurance industry problems with exorbitant fees, and make recommendations for industry improvement.

Task Force consists of 19 members including 2 state senators, 2 state representatives, Missouri Highway Patrol superintendent, 3 tow truck operators, 2 insurance industry representatives, 2 general public members, and 4 local law enforcement members from specific jurisdictions.

Task Force shall not hold public hearings until the General Assembly reconvenes for veto session in 2015 and must deliver final report with findings and recommendations by January 1, 2016.

Task Force shall terminate by January 1, 2016 or upon majority vote for termination, whichever occurs first; members receive reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses.
