Creates the Missouri Lead Industry Employment, Economic Development and Environmental Remediation Task Force to study environmental settlement and remediation, clean lead industry development, legislative proposals, and economic potential

Task force consists of 11 members including the Governor or designee, Attorney General or designee, Director of Natural Resources or designee, 4 legislators (2 from each chamber with bipartisan representation), and 2 industry representatives

Chair appointed by Senate president pro tem; vice-chair/secretary appointed by House speaker; organizational meeting required within 15 days of resolution adoption

Task force authorized to request assistance from any state department, office, division, or agency; Senate Research staff provides legal, research, clerical, and bill drafting services

Task force terminates by majority vote or December 31, 2016, whichever occurs first; may deliver a report of findings and recommendations to the General Assembly upon termination
