Prohibits any person from refusing, terminating, or discriminating in providing credit or financial services to federally licensed firearms/ammunition dealers or trade associations solely because they engage in lawful firearms commerce

Creates a private civil cause of action allowing victims to sue for actual, compensatory, punitive, and treble damages, plus injunctive relief, with a two-year statute of limitations

Prevailing plaintiffs are entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and all court costs

Authorizes the Attorney General to bring enforcement actions seeking declaratory judgments, injunctions, and civil penalties of up to $10,000 per violation

Applies to protected entities licensed under federal law (18 U.S.C. Chapter 44) and qualifying trade associations under 26 U.S.C. Section 501(c)(6)
