Adds firefighters to the list of officials whose signals and directions motor vehicle operators and animal riders must obey on Missouri highways, alongside law enforcement officers, sheriffs, and deputy sheriffs

Expands the scope of covered conveyances to include "any vehicle or any other conveyance regardless of means of propulsion"

Requires compliance with signals given for directing traffic movement or enforcing any offense or infraction

Willfully failing to obey signals, refusing directions, or resisting/opposing a firefighter in the proper discharge of duties constitutes a Class A misdemeanor

Consolidates two existing versions of section 575.145 RSMo into one unified statute
