Adds "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" as protected classes under Missouri's Human Rights Act (Chapter 213), alongside existing protections for race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, disability, and familial status

Defines "sexual orientation" as male or female heterosexuality, homosexuality, or bisexuality by inclination, practice, identity, or expression

Defines "gender identity" as the gender-related identity, appearance, mannerisms, or other gender-related characteristics of an individual, with or without regard to the individual's designated sex at birth

Extends anti-discrimination protections in employment, housing, public accommodations, and lending to cover sexual orientation and gender identity, applying to employers with six or more employees

Expands discrimination definition to include unfair treatment based on presumed or assumed characteristics, regardless of whether the presumption is correct
