Limits individual contributions to candidate committees for state offices (governor, lieutenant governor, secretary of state, treasurer, auditor, attorney general, legislators, judicial offices) to the federal limit set in 11 CFR 110.1(b)(1), applied separately for primary and general election periods

Caps contributions from committees, corporations, and labor organizations to candidate committees at $5,000 per election period (primary and general counted separately)

Restricts contributions to political party committees from persons, committees, corporations, and labor organizations to the federal limit for national party contributions set in 11 CFR 110.1(c)(1)

Sets effective date of January 1, 2017 for all campaign finance limitations

Requires the Missouri Ethics Commission to promulgate rules implementing the limitations, which may include additional reporting and disclosure requirements
