Health carriers must reimburse chiropractic physicians (licensed under chapter 331) at the same rate as allopathic and osteopathic physicians (licensed under chapter 334) for the same or similar services within their scope of practice, based on the Medicare RBRVS fee schedule

Prohibits health carriers from discriminating against chiropractors by limiting their diagnosis, treatment, or management of conditions, or by establishing different payment formulas including copays, deductibles, and RBRVS conversion factors

Requires health carriers to allow chiropractors to participate in patient-centered medical home plans and home health care programs on equal terms with other physicians

Prohibits insurers from changing, bundling, or modifying billing codes submitted by healthcare providers without written permission and examination by a licensed provider in the same field

Establishes a minimum reimbursement floor of 110% of the Medicare rate for chiropractic services, starting with December 2015 rates and adjusted annually based on the medical care component of the Consumer Price Index (CPI-U)
