Requires all election authorities in Missouri to provide at least one accessible voting machine per polling location for blind or visually impaired voters at all statewide, general assembly, and local elections

Leverages existing Help America Vote Act-compliant machines already possessed by election authorities, extending their availability from federal elections to state and local elections

State will pay additional election costs for maintenance and use of accessible machines during statewide and general assembly elections, subject to appropriation

Any qualified voter may use the accessible voting machine without proving blindness or visual impairment to election officials

Blind or visually impaired voters retain the option to vote by absentee ballot or with election judge assistance under existing law rather than being required to use the accessible machine
