Amends Missouri custody law (Section 452.375) to add new definitions for "DNA donor," "human embryo," "in vitro human embryo," and "surrogate" for purposes of custody disputes

Establishes that in vitro human embryos are legally recognized as human beings in Missouri with rights, privileges, and immunities available to other state residents

Creates a presumption that custody of disputed in vitro embryos should go to the ovum or sperm donor who intends to bring the embryo to birth, subject to rebuttal

Prohibits courts from approving termination of in vitro embryos or outcomes that leave embryos indefinitely frozen without opportunity to develop and grow

Grants standing to petition or intervene in embryo custody cases to ovum donors, sperm donors, DNA donors, surrogates, or any party involved in creating the embryo
