Establishes the "Trauma-Informed Schools Pilot Program" through the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, subject to appropriations

Selects 5 public schools for intensive trauma-informed training: one each from a metropolitan district, Kansas City area, St. Louis County, St. Charles County, and one from a list of rural Missouri counties

Requires the department to train teachers and administrators, provide implementation funds, and monitor progress at participating schools

Creates the "Trauma-Informed Schools Pilot Program Fund" in the state treasury to support administration of the program

Program terminates August 28, 2019, with a final report to the General Assembly due by December 31, 2019 detailing results and benefits experienced by participating schools
