Legislative lobbyists must complete sexual harassment training offered by the Missouri Ethics Commission within 90 days of registration; legislative liaisons must complete training within 90 days of appointment

Training must include a detailed survey of Chapter 213 requirements (Missouri Human Rights Act) and may cover additional ethics rules enacted by the General Assembly

Missouri Ethics Commission must offer the required training at least four times per year and may grant one 90-day extension for good cause

Commission must maintain and publish an online list showing which lobbyists and liaisons have completed training and whether any received extensions

Expands Ethics Commission jurisdiction to receive and investigate complaints against legislative lobbyists and liaisons for violations of the new training requirements, with effective date of January 1, 2017
