Prohibits commercial dealers, manufacturers, importers, distributors, wholesalers, and retailers from selling, leasing, or offering for sale any crib bumper pad in Missouri, whether as a crib accessory or separate item

Defines "crib bumper pad" as nonmesh material pads, including rolls of stuffed fabric, designed to cushion the inner sides of a crib adjacent to the mattress

Establishes penalties of $100 to $500 for each violation of the prohibition

Effective date set for January 1, 2017

Adds new section 407.780 to Chapter 407 of Missouri Revised Statutes (consumer protection)
