Authorizes the attorney general or designee to serve as prosecutor in any circuit court when appointed as special prosecutor or when state law confers prosecution authority

Requires the attorney general to be a licensed Missouri attorney in good standing with specific courtroom experience

Qualifying experience includes trying a criminal or civil case before a judge or jury, trying an administrative case before a hearing officer, representing a party in an appellate oral argument, or participating in a motion hearing involving civil or criminal procedure rules
