Creates a voting student curator position as the ninth member of the University of Missouri Board of Curators, replacing the existing nonvoting student representative

Student curator may vote on all board matters including hiring/firing of the system president, campus chancellors, general counsel, board secretary, and other general officers

Student curator is excluded from voting on hiring or firing decisions for faculty or staff

First student curator must be appointed in January 2017, must be a graduate or professional student, and serves a two-year term contingent on maintaining full-time student status

Student curator is selected from a panel of three names submitted by student government presidents of the university campuses and must be a Missouri resident and U.S. citizen
