Notices of appeal must be served on both the commission and all parties to the commission proceeding by the appellant

Applies to commission orders or decisions issued on and after July 1, 2011

The commission must certify its record to the court of appeals within 30 days of the appeal filing, unless otherwise ordered by the court

Maintains the 30-day deadline for filing appeals after denial of rehearing application or after decision on rehearing is rendered
