Exempts supplemental insurance policies from state health insurance mandates, including life care contracts, accident-only policies, specified disease policies, hospital fixed daily benefit policies, Medicare supplement policies, long-term care policies, and short-term major medical policies

Defines "health insurance mandate" as any state requirement for health carriers to cover treatment by specific provider types, certain treatments/services/procedures/equipment/drugs, or screening/diagnosis/treatment of particular diseases or conditions

Applies the exemption to any coverage classified as "excepted benefits" under section 376.450 of Missouri law

Adds new section 376.998 to Chapter 376 of Missouri Revised Statutes
