Correction officers and supervisors with 2-6 years of experience may receive up to a two-step pay increase on the uniform classification and pay system pay grid for nonmedical classes

Those with 6-10 years of experience may receive up to a four-step pay increase

Those with more than 10 years of experience may receive up to a six-step pay increase

Eligibility for pay increases requires successful performance of duties as determined by the employee's supervisor
