Creates new section 573.105 in Missouri law establishing "revenge pornography" as a class D felony

Criminalizes photographing, filming, or recording another person's intimate parts or sexual acts without consent when the person would reasonably expect privacy

Criminalizes disclosing intimate images or recordings of another person without their consent, when done purposely with intent to cause serious emotional distress

Provides legal defenses for lawful law enforcement duties, medical practices, forensic examinations, legal proceedings, reporting unlawful conduct, or when the individual consents to disclosure in public/commercial settings

Exempts interactive computer service providers and communications service providers from liability when they merely transmit, store, or cache content provided by others
