Event ticket vendors must obtain signed consumer acknowledgment before selling tickets with credit card entry restrictions, disclosing any limits on transferability, resale price, or marketplace choice

Consumers must be offered the option to purchase fully transferable tickets at any price, any time, and through any vendor without additional fees

Vendors must provide full refunds (including all fees) when events are cancelled, tickets are counterfeit, tickets fail to match descriptions, or tickets are not delivered before the event

Using or selling software to circumvent security measures on ticket vendor platforms is prohibited as an unlawful practice under section 407.020
