Prohibits aliens and foreign businesses from acquiring any agricultural land in Missouri beginning August 28, 2016, replacing the previous limit of 1% of total state agricultural acreage

Bars aliens and foreign businesses who owned agricultural land before August 28, 2016, from selling or transferring that land to other aliens or foreign businesses

Requires all proposed transfers of agricultural land held by aliens or foreign businesses to be submitted to the Missouri Department of Agriculture for review

Prohibits any person from holding agricultural land as an agent, trustee, or fiduciary for an alien or foreign business, while protecting existing security interests from being invalidated
