Raises the minimum total compensation threshold from $18 to $22 per day when counties authorize additional daily compensation of at least $6 beyond the base requirement

Maintains the existing mileage reimbursement rate of seven cents per mile for travel between residence and courthouse

State continues to reimburse counties $6 per day of the additional juror compensation when counties meet the supplemental pay requirements

Preserves existing exception for first-class counties without charter government (population 200,000+) where jurors receive no pay for first two days but $50 per day starting on day three
