Establishes the "Joint Committee on University of Missouri System Accountability" comprising 14 members: 7 from the House of Representatives and 7 from the Senate, with no more than 4 members from any single party in either chamber

Committee will review the University of Missouri System's rules and regulations, administrative structure, campus structure, auxiliary enterprises, degree programs, research activities, and diversity programs

Focus areas include determining accountability measures for the University's actions relating to inclusion, diversity, and leadership

Annual report required to be filed with the General Assembly by December 31, 2016, and each year thereafter, including findings and legislative recommendations

Committee provisions set to expire on January 30, 2022
