Expands the definition of employees subject to background checks from "nurses and nursing assistants" to all "health care providers as defined in section 376.1350" for temporary or intermittent placement in health care facilities

Requires job applicants to disclose if they are listed on any background checks in the family care safety registry established under section 210.903

Allows providers not otherwise prohibited from employing listed individuals to deny employment to anyone appearing on the family care safety registry background checks

Expands access to the employee disqualification list for consumer reporting agencies conducting background checks on behalf of any entity listed in subsection 11, not just specific subdivisions previously enumerated
