Electrical corporations receiving interim energy charges or periodic rate adjustments under section 386.266 must establish a research and development fund for alternative biofuels using multiple feedstocks

The fund's purpose is to provide partial power for existing baseload generation plants exceeding 400 megawatts that operate more than 800 hours annually

When an affected electrical corporation files to lower its tariffed rates under section 386.266, the Missouri Public Service Commission must require 50% of any approved revenue reduction to be allocated to the alternative biofuels R&D fund

Adds new section 393.325 to Chapter 393, RSMo, governing electrical corporations regulated by the Missouri Public Service Commission
