Expands the Missouri Board on Geographic Names from 19 to 21 members by adding a representative from the Department of Agriculture and increasing citizen appointments from 9 to 10

Adds the director or designee of the Department of Agriculture as a new voting member of the Geographic Names Board

Restructures the Local Records Board composition by removing representatives from villages, townships, and higher education institutions

Requires the Local Records Board to include two representatives from first or second class counties and two from third or fourth class counties, replacing the previous single-representative structure

Maintains the minimum 12-member requirement for the Local Records Board while consolidating county representation categories
