A 2007 law requires the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS) to review acquisitions of U.S. companies that could impact national security, following the 2006 Dubai Ports World controversy

The resolution urges Congress to determine whether CFIUS properly reviewed contracts between GDC Technics and MAZ Aviation given the national security implications

Directs the Missouri House Chief Clerk to send copies of the resolution to congressional leadership and all members of Missouri's congressional delegation
