Missouri applies to Congress under Article V to call a constitutional convention limited solely to proposing term limits for U.S. House and Senate members

Requires two-thirds of state legislatures (34 states) to submit similar applications before Congress must call the convention

Application may be aggregated with other states' term limits applications but explicitly cannot be combined with applications on any other subject

Constitutes a continuing application that remains active until the two-thirds threshold of state applications is reached

Directs the Chief Clerk to send copies to congressional leadership, Missouri's congressional delegation, and presiding officers of all state legislatures
