Renames the "Farm-to-School Act" to the "Farm-to-Table Act" and expands the program beyond schools to include correctional facilities, hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and military bases

Sets a goal for participating institutions to purchase at least 10% of their food products locally by December 31, 2019, with participation remaining voluntary

Expands the Farm-to-Table Taskforce membership to include representatives from the Department of Corrections, Department of Health and Senior Services, military bases, and a registered dietician

Requires the taskforce to submit annual reports to the governor and general assembly by December 31st each year, replacing the previous one-time 2015 reporting deadline

Defines "small farm" as a family-owned farm with less than $250,000 in gross annual sales and "small agribusiness" as a Missouri agribusiness with less than $5 million in gross annual sales
