Requires all election authorities in Missouri to provide at least one accessible voting machine per polling location for blind or visually impaired voters during statewide, general assembly, and local elections

Presumes election authorities already possess compliant accessible voting machines under the Help America Vote Act (52 U.S.C. 20901)

State will pay additional election costs for maintenance and use of accessible machines during statewide and general assembly elections, subject to appropriation

Any qualified voter may use the accessible voting machine without proving blindness or visual impairment; blind or visually impaired voters are not required to use these machines

Blind or visually impaired voters retain the option to vote by absentee ballot or with election judge assistance under section 115.445 after signing an affidavit
