Creates the "Missouri Patient Safety in Radiologic Imaging Act" requiring licensure for anyone performing radiologic imaging or radiation therapy on humans for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, effective October 1, 2017

Establishes the Missouri Radiologic Imaging and Radiation Therapy Board of Examiners as a 9-member board within the Board of Registration for the Healing Arts, with members appointed by the governor for staggered terms up to 3 years

Establishes 7 license categories: limited x-ray machine operator, magnetic resonance technologist, nuclear medicine advanced associate, nuclear medicine technologist, radiation therapist, radiographer, and radiologist assistant

Requires licensees to complete 24 hours of continuing education every 2 years for renewal (50 hours for radiologist assistants), and allows license denial, suspension, or revocation for fraud, unprofessional conduct, or incompetence

Violations constitute a Class A misdemeanor, with civil penalties up to $200 per violation; exempts licensed practitioners, dental professionals, students under supervision, and federal government employees performing official duties
