Amends Missouri custody law (Section 452.375) to add new definitions for "in vitro human embryo" (any human embryo at any developmental stage not conceived within a female) and "surrogate" (a woman who is not an ovum donor but carries an implanted embryo)

Establishes a rebuttable presumption that custody of disputed in vitro embryos should be awarded to the ovum or sperm donor who intends to develop the embryo to birth

Prohibits courts from approving the termination of in vitro embryos or outcomes that leave embryos indefinitely frozen without the opportunity to develop and grow

Grants standing to petition or intervene in embryo custody disputes to ovum donors, sperm donors, surrogates, and any party involved in negotiations for the embryo's creation

Allows courts to uphold party agreements establishing or terminating parental rights, while subjecting all embryo disposition agreements to the new statutory requirements
