Buyers must acknowledge receipt of the seller's disclosure and the SEMA pamphlet in writing

Exempts numerous transfer types including court-ordered transfers, foreclosures, fiduciary transfers, transfers between co-owners or family members, government transfers, and units on the third floor or higher

Does not require sellers to conduct radon testing or mitigation; disclosure obligation is limited to sharing existing information about elevated radon concentrations
