Expands the definition of "motor vehicle extended service contract" to include coverage for tire/wheel damage from road hazards, paintless dent removal, windshield chip/crack repair, key/key-fob replacement, and other Director-approved services

Adds new definition of "road hazard" as hazards encountered while driving, including potholes, rocks, wood debris, metal parts, glass, plastic, curbs, or composite scraps

Clarifies that "manufacturer" includes subsidiaries or affiliates of the person who manufactures or produces the property

Allows refunds upon contract cancellation or during the free-look period to be credited to the contract holder's account rather than requiring direct payment

Permits refunds to be processed through providers or authorized sellers of motor vehicle extended contracts, rather than only through the original provider
