Dr. Miller failed to comply with the subpoena despite deadline extensions to December 9 and December 16, 2015; objections submitted on December 10, 2015 were deemed without merit by the Senate Rules Committee

The Senate declares Dr. Miller and Pathology Services Inc. in contempt under Article III, Section 18 of the Missouri Constitution, which authorizes fines up to $300 or imprisonment up to 10 days for contemptuous behavior

Dr. Miller is summoned to appear before the Senate on April 18, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. to show cause why he should not be punished for contempt
