Establishes a Senate Interim Committee on MO HealthNet Pharmacy Benefits composed of five senators (three majority party, two minority party) appointed by the President Pro Tempore

Directs the committee to study pharmacy benefits under Missouri's Medicaid program and recommend cost savings strategies in response to a 59% increase in specialty and generic drug costs, totaling over $1.8 billion

Authorizes the committee to solicit information from state departments including the Department of Social Services, as well as health care providers and patient advocacy organizations

Requires a final report with legislative recommendations to be submitted to the Missouri Senate by December 31, 2016, at which point the committee dissolves

Provides staff support from Senate Research and Senate Appropriations, with reimbursement for actual expenses incurred by committee members and staff
