Appropriates $20,002 from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Fund Commissioners for annual fees, arbitrage rebate, refunding, defeasance, and related expenses for bond issuance and processing.

Transfers $25,927,525 from the General Revenue Fund to the Fourth State Building Bond and Interest Fund for currently outstanding general obligations, with $25,869,275 appropriated from that fund for interest and sinking fund requirements on fourth state building bonds.

Transfers $12,834,345 from the General Revenue Fund and $1,742,287 from the Water and Wastewater Loan Revolving Fund (total $14,576,632) to the Water Pollution Control Bond and Interest Fund, with $28,070,232 appropriated for payment of issuance costs, interest, and sinking fund requirements.

Transfers $1,783,125 from the General Revenue Fund to the Stormwater Control Bond and Interest Fund, with $1,787,750 appropriated for payment of issuance costs, interest, and sinking fund requirements on stormwater control bonds.

Total appropriations of $42,307,284 for the fiscal period July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.
