Removes the existing prohibition on guest introductions during the last 10 calendar days of the session

Strikes the requirement that guest introductions occur at the beginning of each daily Senate meeting and immediately prior to adjournment

Introduced by the Senator from the 1st District with one day notice as required by Senate rules
