Appropriates $46,264,134 in state funds for capital improvements and planning across multiple state departments for fiscal year July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021

Allocates $1,300,000 to the Department of Natural Resources Division of State Parks for capital improvements including construction, renovation, roadway maintenance, and historic property restoration

Provides $21,000,000 to the Department of Conservation for building and road improvements, hatcheries, soil conservation activities, and erosion control

Authorizes $20,000,000 in federal funds to the Adjutant General for design and construction of National Guard facilities statewide

Allocates $2,364,134 for construction of a new columbarium wall and roadway at Jacksonville Veterans Cemetery and $1,600,000 for planning, design, and renovation of the Biggs facility at Fulton State Hospital
