Expands the Alzheimer's State Plan Task Force from 21 to 22 members by adding a representative from licensed assisted living facilities as a separate position from residential care facilities

Removes the requirement for senate confirmation of governor-appointed task force members

Establishes formal term limits with all current member terms expiring December 31, 2026, and new appointments serving two-year terms with initial staggered terms for continuity

Extends the task force's expiration date from December 31, 2027 to December 31, 2033

Requires the task force to deliver comprehensive reports to the governor and general assembly by January 1, 2029, and every five years thereafter
