Establishes a 2-year statute of limitations for claims against insurers related to uninsured or underinsured motorist coverage, effective for actions accruing on or after August 28, 2026

Extends the statute of limitations for childhood sexual abuse claims from 10 years to 20 years after the plaintiff turns 21, or 3 years from discovery of the abuse connection, whichever is later

Renders nondisclosure agreements in childhood sexual abuse disputes judicially unenforceable and void

Removes personal injury actions from the 5-year limitations category and moves them to the 2-year category alongside defamation, assault, battery, and similar torts
