Expands the definition of "epinephrine delivery system" across multiple Missouri statutes to include any single-use device delivering premeasured epinephrine doses, replacing the narrower "auto-injector" terminology

Authorizes school nurses to maintain epinephrine delivery systems at schools, with prescriptions written in the school district's name and filled at licensed pharmacies

Adds child care facilities and facilities licensed under chapter 198 (long-term care facilities) to the list of "authorized entities" permitted to stock and administer epinephrine delivery systems

Provides civil liability immunity for authorized entities, trained personnel, prescribing physicians, and training providers who administer or provide epinephrine delivery systems in good faith, except for reckless or willful misconduct

Renames the state treasury fund to "Epinephrine Delivery Systems for Fire Personnel Fund" and changes its funding source from money collected under the section to moneys appropriated by the general assembly
