Adds licensed occupational therapists to the list of healthcare practitioners authorized to sign physician's statements certifying a person qualifies for disabled license plates and placards

Extends the renewal period for removable windshield placards from four years to eight years

Grants the Department of Revenue authority to automatically renew current valid disabled placards for up to eight years during the transition to the new renewal cycle

Requires the Department of Revenue to verify occupational therapist credentials with the state board of occupational therapy when processing physician's statements

Persons age 75 and older who provided a physician's statement with their original application are exempt from providing a new statement for renewals
